"Penthäusl" in Siesta / Ibiza

The apartment:

Our top floor apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a wooden four poster bed decorated with Asian carvings, two dining areas (one under the roof, one in the open air), a BBQ area, a waterproof futon for seamless tanning (the roof terrace from the neighborhood can not be seen, because at the highest point!). The tower leads to the second floor via a wooden spiral staircase, from where the view sweeps over the well-kept garden, cubic white houses and the Mediterranean Sea.

The bathroom is one floor lower and is shared with the resident there.It is modern renovated with double bath, sink and toilet and has a boiler for hot water.

The environment:

Santa Eularia is a central, bustling, yet quiet spot on the island. No disco squadron! The new traffic-calmed Rambla adds value to the place. Siesta still belongs to the urban area, but is the southern end of the village. The settlement has its own beach and infrastructure. To the beach "Calo de S'Alga" you go from the house in 3 minutes, in the third largest city of Ibiza you can easily walk along the beach promenade or jogging. Siesta itself also has a good selection of Spanish, Italian and German restaurants and bars as well as a German bakery, a doctor and even a veterinarian.
