House "Parklife" in Winterberg

Completely renovated historic gem in the center of the winter and summer sports oasis of Winterberg in a traffic-calmed dream location with a view of the spa park and the mountains. City and shopping center, ski bus stop, sauna world and swimming pool are just a three-minute walk away, the park with its conch shell and the descent into the Helletal Gorge with a footpath to Lake Constance is practically on the doorstep.

The apartments are luxuriously equipped with Iloq locking , video intercom , flat screen TVs and HiFi audio , high-quality sofa beds in the living areas create additional sleeping places at night. The large apartment on the 1st floor is extended by a 42 sqm terrace with a tent roof and a barbecue area that is protected from view and invites you to sunbathe and socialize . All apartments have a parking space and two free charging points for e-bikes/scooters. From 2023 there will be a double charging station for electric cars (Type 2 Jack, max 22KW ).

The living space:

The three apartments (47 and 50 square meters on the ground floor, 90 square meters on the 1st floor) are also offered individually, but for larger groups of 10 or more people it is possible to use the house as a whole. In this way you have 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, three kitchens and three living rooms so that the maximum capacity is 15 people. One of the apartments on the ground floor has a separate entrance from the other side of the house.

The Neighborhood:

Winterberg has its very own mix of traditional Sauerland half-timbered houses, Austrian-influenced mountain and ski culture, and buildings by international owners that are designed in the style of American farm complexes.In the park itself you will find miniature golf courses, table tennis, fitness facilities, a children's playground and an outdoor stage.

Means of transport:

You can walk to us from the train station in about 10 minutes. Access to the ski circuit is 1.2 km from the house, the bike park, climbing forest, etc. is 2.6 km away. But nobody has to walk there, the S40 bus and the additional ski buses stop 50m from the front door and take you to the start of the ski lift carousel within minutes.

Access for guests:

The garage is used to safely store skis and e-bikes, we have tools and bike racks there for simple repairs.There is a charging station for e-bikes and a high-pressure cleaner for washing, we are an ADFC-certified "Bett und Bike" company.

Directly in front of the house there is another barbecue area with seating available to all tenants, and of course the spa and vitality park with its offers
from mini golf to playground/fitness facilities.

Other important information:

Bikers, cyclists and ski enthusiasts are very welcome here, we are active in these three areas ourselves and can lead tours or give lessons on request.

The city of Winterberg charges private guests a tourist tax of EUR 2.50 per night and person over the age of 16, but issues guest cards that give you access to a wide range of free services:
